Alice Fischer was born in Vienna, where she studied art and design at the University of Applied Arts under Karl Lagerfeld and Jil Sander. After winning the Austrian Fashion Institute’s first prize and graduation she moved to Paris and worked at Jean Louis Scherrer’s atelier de la haute couture. She deepened her knowledge of art, architecture, science, and sociology by traveling around the globe and pursued an international career as an independent designer and artistic catalyst. She founded her design company ALISHER in 1990 based in Vienna and Milan to provide interdisciplinary design consultancy in the diverse field of creative industries. Holding a Master’s degree in Plant Science from the University of Vienna, she combines a scientific approach, fantasy, and intuition in her works. She develops visual concepts for contemporary environments with highly artistic, naturalistic and creative content. Her designs are clean and stylish, featuring rare materials and exquisite craftsmanship. Continuously scouting for innovation and essential values she cooperates with leading companies and art collectors.
Peter A Egger was born in Villach. He studied experimental and electronic music at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Since the age of 14 he has created music, visuals, multimedia applications, and environmental installations. He was granted the Österreichisches Staatsstipendium für Komposition and developed sound concepts for Vienna’s Burgtheater, Ars Electronica, Steirischer Herbst and the Festival International De Musique Experimental Bourges. His artistic visuals were presented at leading Austrian film festivals as well as at major international events. His trilogy Z.A.K.O.1, 3, 6 received the extraordinary acknowledgment prize at the Fuji international festival of music videos in Tokyo. He directed dance films, documentaries, and stage visuals for selected contemporary performing companies including DANS.KIAS, Akemi Takeya, and Elio Gervasi. He is the founder of Kulturarchiv Wien, an independent center for the visual documentation of art and media performances. He has been commissioned to compose and direct for ORF, RAI, and the Wiener Festwochen.
